USER AGREEMENT
1 Definitions
1.1 User - any adult (or child, with the consent of parents or guardians) site visitor who has accepted the agreement.

1.3 Owners — "Homstudio 2015" Ltd, 78, Knyas Boris 1, 8200, Pomorie, Bulgaria
1.4 Account - a set of records in the database which are necessary for using the site by specific User.
1.5 Stage — the current stage of game readiness, The current stage is «the prototipe development stage».
2 Acceptance of the agreement
2.1 Entering and sending an address of e-mail when registering or entering the game through a social network is constitute acceptance of the User of this Agreement, which is a Public Offer.
2.2 If the Agreement in any aspect contradicts the legislation of the country of which the User is a citizen, the agreement shall be deemed terminated, and the User shall refuse to use the Strategic game.
3 Restrictions
3.1 If the Agreement is contrary to any of its parts the law of the country whose citizen is the User, he is obliged to abandon the use of the game.
3.2 if the use of the Strategic Game is prohibited or limited by the legislation of the country of citizenship of the User, it is obliged to abandon the use of the game.
3.3 The owners of the game do not guarantee that this Agreement and the Strategy Game itself in all respects complies with the laws of all countries of the world, the User undertakes to ensure that the use of the game is permitted by the law of the country of which he is a citizen.
4 Privacy
4.1 The user agrees to the processing, storage and using (limited under the laws) of the personal data provided to them during the registration process.
4.2 Owners have the right of sending advertising messages on User's e-mail, but undertakes to provide the ability to opt out from such mailing.
4.3 Owners are not in the right to send the User data to third parties or organizations, in exception for the law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.
4.4 Owners are not obliged to check the authenticity of the data provided by the User.

4.6 Owners have the right to show some of the User's personal data to other Users, in particular the name and publicated photo from a social network. At the same time obligates to take steps to conceal User's email address and other contact information from other Users and third parties.
4.7 Owners will reject any allegations of leakage of personal data of the User if that data has published by the user anywhere in the public domain, such as social networks, message boards e.t.c.
For EU citizens, in accordance with the requirements of GDPR are subject to the following additional conditions:

5 Guarantees
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law Resource is provided for User "as is" and makes no guarantee of absolute safety and reliability, but Owners pledging to take quick action to eliminate founded programming errors.
5.2 Owners are not responsible for any damage caused to the User or third parties arising from the use of Resource, or as a result of impossibility of use.
5.3 Owners are not responsible for any damages caused to the User as a result of unauthorized acts by third parties, but agrees to take quick action to protect against such actions.
5.4 During prototype development, development, and beta testing, the Owners do not guarantee the performance and safety of the product.
5.5 The owners do not guarantee the return of donations in any way.
5.6 The owners do not guarantee the completion date and full compliance of the functionality and capabilities of the game actually made announced in the framework of programs to attract funding.
5.7 The owners do not guarantee the completion of the Strategy game as a whole or individual capabilities in case of insufficient funding.
5.8 The owners guarantee the provision of prizes and opportunities presented in the framework of programs to attract funding.
6 Intellectual property
6.1 Exclusive intellectual property rights owned by Owners.
6.2 User agrees not to use the code, graphics or content without permission of the Owners.
7 User Content and Advertising
7.1 Owners may place and show users advertisements of other organizations including as a condition for providing access to any additional features of the game, depending on the user's response to promotional offers.
7.2 Responsibility for the contents of advertising materials lies on the advertisers.
7.3 User has the right to post content on the Resource and provide full and unconditional responsibility for its contents. Owners may at any time remove user content if it violates the agreement or law.
7.4 Owners are not responsible for the content of external links and reviews of the Resource published by users on other sites.
8 Donations
8.1 Access to the Strategy Game during the development period is free for all users.
8.2 The Owners organize a voluntary fundraising to support the project. Unless otherwise stated, the funds are received directly at the expense of individuals - developers of the project and are considered as a donation.
8.3 the Owners guarantee that the opportunities announced under the fundraising programs will be made available to those who have made a donation at or before the end of the game development.
9 Prohibitions
9.1 Owners has the right to delete User's account without any refunds in case of violation of the Agreement.
9.2 Mass registrations of user accounts are forbidden.
9.3 Prohibited the use of profanity in chat rooms, comments, names, and in other user-generated content.
9.4 Prohibited spam and other illegal ways to promote resources to get bonuses.
9.5 Prohibited the use automated means or errors in the program code for violation the prescribed course of action for the purpose of spam, mass registrations or obtaining advantages in the game.
9.6 Prohibited any promotion of goods, services or ideas in user-generated content.
9.7 It is forbidden to use the Strategy game if it is in any way contrary to the law of the country of which the user is a citizen.
10 Modification and termination of the agreement.
10.1 Owners has the right to change the Agreement at any time without notice to User.
10.2 User agrees to regularly review the Agreement.
10.3 Agreement shall be deemed terminated if the user does not use Resource any more. At the written request of the User his account can be deleted.
